Allen Goh

Area of Focus
Allen Goh is a Partner in Squar, Milner, Peterson, Miranda & Williamson, LLP’s (Squar Milner) Audit and Assurance Services Department.  He has over 15 years of experience, including 10 years in public accounting / audit experience and approximately five years in private industry. Allen has extensive experience serving technology, manufacturing / distribution and real estate clients as well as audits of internal control over financial reporting in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Business Experience
Prior to re-joining Squar Milner, Allen spent approximately four years in the Costa Mesa office of KPMG LLP. Prior to KPMG, Allen was with Squar Milner for four years and private industry for five years.  Allen's former clients were some of the largest public companies in Orange County and he has also served as the lead manager for a 12,000 hour Sarbanes Oxley 404 engagement. 

Allen has been responsible for providing audit and other services to manufacturing / distribution and technology clients including experience with various software, manufacturing, and retail clients. Additionally, Allen also has extensive experience with real estate and construction clients, including experience with various commercial real estate developers, construction contractors, property management, partnerships, joint ventures and corporations.

Allen is a member of Squar Milner’s Quality Control Committee and a lead member of the Technology / Biomedical Industry Group. Allen also was an Instructor at Orange Coast College and selected as a National Instructor and a member of the Training and Methodology Team at KPMG.
