Gabriel Torre

Gabriel Torre is a Partner in Squar Milner’s Tax Department. He serves the tax, consulting and accounting needs of many financial services companies and advisors, residential and commercial real estate developers, real estate, hospitality and other service providers, and entertainment companies.

Business Experience
Gabe’s range of experience includes creative transaction structuring for Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies including recapitalizations, identification of optimal tax accounting methods and periods as they relate to revenue recognition and expense acceleration techniques and tax reduction and deferral strategies. Additionally, Gabe has developed expertise in tax compliance for consolidated, multi-state Corporations, multi-state Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and S-Corporations, and individuals.

Gabe has been a member of the Squar Milner team for 10 years, beginning his career in tax after serving as a staff auditor for the State of Arizona, Department of the Auditor General.
