Sean Duggan

Sean Duggan is a Partner in Squar Milner’s Tax Department and leads the International Tax Services group. Sean has over 12 years of accounting and tax consulting experience specializing in international tax planning, consulting, research and compliance projects for privately and publicly held corporations, which include large and middle market C-corporations, S-corporations and start-ups. Sean has extensive experience in providing international tax services.

Sean has extensive experience assisting companies in efficiently managing their global footprint. He consults with clients to manage global operations and effective tax rates using various international structuring and transfer pricing strategies. He has worked with numerous companies specializing in the energy sector, healthcare products, consumer products, software, telecommunications, semiconductor and electronics industries.
