Squar Milner’s full-service audit department provides expert and responsive audit, review, other attestation services, and compilation services.

A number of our clients have grown with us for many years, and several have joined us from other firms in order to gain superior service. Some operate exclusively in the United States, while a great many of them conduct business on an international scale. In fact, Squar Milner’s clients do business in over 70 countries.

Squar Milner offers more than just a compliance audit and the independent review of a company's financial statements. We believe a well-planned and properly conducted audit or review engagement can provide valuable insight into operational efficiencies, internal control weaknesses and business opportunities. To that end, our audits are designed to be a springboard for improved internal controls and procedures, as well as tax planning that is proactive rather than reactive.

We are one of the few Southern California-based firms that audit publicly held companies. Currently, we serve as independent accountants for companies trading on various stock exchanges. Our practice consists of nearly all aspects of SEC reporting including:
